I’m Ben Dobson – one of the Directors here at Real ICT. Thanks for coming to our page, we appreciate it.
I thought I’d take a minute to tell you a bit about us, what makes me and the team tick here at Real ICT… and I can tell you, the thing that makes us tick is you. It’s that simple – it’s you, our customers.
We’re obsessive about delivering the best customer experience we possibly can – from the initial consultation, to deploying a spectacular project, and then our on-going support and “one call” account management model.
We figure business is actually pretty simple – be good at what you do, make your customers lives as easy as possible, and just generally try and be great people whilst doing what we do – and we reckon if we nail that, we will do pretty damn good. With this being our 11th year in business, and with a substantial customer base – many for 10+ years… we’re going to stick with our model, because it’s been proven to work.
We just want to make your life simple, easy, and provide great value wherever we can.
Although I believe our real product is our exceptional team, processes, and commitment to greatness… we also have a range of products we use to solve customer’s needs. Anything Tech under your office roof, we want to be able to manage for you through our “One call management” platform – Again, it’s about making your life as easy as possible.
