- If at any point during the contract term you feel that our Products or our Customer
Service are underperforming
- Just let us know in writing at Directorsguarantee@Realict.com.au.
- We will then have 30 days to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
- If we fail to do so, we will release you from the remainder of your contract*.
We believe that customers should only need to honour their agreements if their chosen
provider is doing the same!!
